All incorporated societies must re-register with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies by April 2026 and provide a compliant constitution. Your PRT Inc Board have proposed changes to our existing Constitution that comply with the new Act. Please have a read through and we will vote at our 2024 AGM as to whether we adopt the proposed changes.
